Crow Pose & Headstand Workshop
Join Corlese for this workshop where we will explore the mechanics and fundamentals needed to take flight in your Crow Pose (Kakasana) and find balance and ease in your Headstands (Sirsasana). Whether you're a beginner looking to advance your practice or an experienced yogi aiming to refine your skills, this workshop is designed for all levels. We will also explore transitions and learn how to incorporate these poses into your practice all in a safe, playful, and supportive atmosphere.

What to Expect
A brief introduction on the fundamentals of arms balances and inversions.
A 30-minute strategic warmup focused on warming up and strengthening the key body parts needed to fly and balances these poses.
A breakdown and demonstration of each pose will be given followed by “playtime” with coaching and Q&A.
Guidance on the use of props and modifications to ensure all participants can safely explore the variations.
