Exploring Yoga-Nidrā

Exploring Yoga-Nidrā

A Four week Series with guest Teacher Anne-Edith Vigneault

Modern Yoga-Nidrā is a practice where a state of “conscious deep sleep” is promoted through body scans, breath sensitivity and visualization, inducing profound relaxation and subtle body exploration. Believed to be a highly transformative practice, it holds the potential to unravel conscious and subconscious patterns, may they be emotional, mental, or behavioral.

Being a receptive practice in nature, physical strength, flexibility, or mobility are all optional, placing Yoga-Nidrā amongst the most accessible forms of yoga. Join guest teacher, Anne-Edith Vigneault, this October to experience the beauty of Yoga-Nidrā.

Along four practice sessions, you will be invited to explore the Yoga-Nidrā through the lens of:

-the 4 pillars of restoration

-the basics of propping to foster comfort

-the formulation of a resolution (Samkalpa)

Series begins Tuesday, October 1st from 7:30-8:30 PM and will meet the first 4 Tuesdays in October through the 22nd.

Single drop-ins warmly welcomed. Full attendance recommended.
