Settle Into Sleep: An Evening of Deep Relaxation
Join Kelly for a deep restful evening to restore your entire being and prepare for a good nights sleep. Yoga in general is great for supporting excellent sleep hygiene but this workshop is designed specifically to support the quality of your sleep. Kelly will guide you through calming breathwork, a special Yin class to promote sleep, and a guided meditation known as 'Yoga Nidra'. This long and nourishing practice will allow your whole body to surrender to gravity and just be. Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, is an ancient practice intended to help your body relax while your mind is alert. Our aim is to achieve a state of consciousness between being awake and being asleep while you are guided through stages of the mind. Please come ready to relax deeply. We encourage you to dress warm!
