Valentines Day Workshop: Awakening the Heart - Yin Yoga, Meditation, & Journaling
Join Kelly for an afternoon of Self Love and Self Care on Valentines Day. She will guide you through a yin yoga practice that includes gentle backbends and sustained forward bends specifically designed to awaken your heart chi. In addition to yin yoga, you will be guided through a meditation practice and journaling prompts that encourages deep compassion and self improvement from the inside out. Please join us for a gentle afternoon designed to reunite the mind and body, in order to anchor yourself in your spiritual heart.
