Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release

Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release

We are thrilled to have an incredible guest teacher and Somatic Occupational Therapist, Jahara Sara Seitz, MOT, OTR/L, E-RYT, offer this deeply nourishing and enlightening workshop!

Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release is a gentle, yin-style therapeutic workshop exploring somatic movement and the connective tissue (fascia) that weaves everything in your body together. Fascia is a living, sensing system that has a tremendous influence on your body and movement. The focus of our time together will be on self myofascial release practices, gentle yoga, and somatic movement where the emphasis is on the internal experience over the external appearance of postures or movement.

These practices are designed to:

  • soften tension

  • improve mobility

  • decrease pain

  • help you relax

  • leave you feeling radiant from the inside out

This workshop is appropriate for all levels.

Sunday, Nov. 17th from 2:00-4:00 PM

Cost is $55 with members receiving 10% off

Pre-registration required. Sign up here or give us a call at 805-773-0380.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for cancelations or no-shows but can apply to a future offering if cancelation is made via phone or email at least 60 minutes prior to class start time. Thank you for your support!
