Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release

Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release

Back by popular demand! We are thrilled to have an incredible guest teacher and Somatic Occupational Therapist, Jahara Sara Seitz, MOT, OTR/L, E-RYT, offer this deeply nourishing and enlightening workshop - now for 3 hours of full body care!

Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release is a slow paced, therapeutic workshop weaving together gentle yoga, clinical somatic movement, and self-myofascial release practices for the entire body. You will learn about the connective tissue (fascia) that weaves everything in your body together. The fascia is a living, sensing, whole body system that has a tremendous influence on your capacity for optimal movement and, when healthy, supports resilience in the body when being physically stressed. The emphasis throughout this three-hour workshop will be on the internal experience over the external appearance of postures or movement. We will prioritize nervous system regulation so that you can walk away feeling aligned, attuned and embodied.

These practices are designed to:

  • soften tension

  • improve mobility

  • decrease pain

  • help you relax

  • support nervous system regulation

  • leave you feeling radiant from the inside out

This workshop is appropriate for all levels.

Cost is $80 with members receiving 10% off
