Betsy Turner is a Vedic Meditation teacher with seven years and thousands of hours of meditation experience. Her goal is to help students develop a confident home meditation practice that they love. Betsy received training at a highly selective three-month residential teacher training program in Sedona. For her, the best thing is teaching others a technique that has improved her own life and outlook so dramatically.
