Christina Campbell
Hello my name is Christina.
Three words to describe me are trustworthy, caring, and insightful.
When I'm not teaching yoga I love to spend time with my daughter and husband out in nature.
My ideal morning is slow paced, quiet, with hot tea and dip in the hot tub while the sun comes up. Then snuggles with my daughter on the couch with a good book and my husband making us breakfast :)
I dream of being a positive example to my daughter and show her what it looks like to live authentically, to trust in God, and to believe in the endless possibilities to cultivate a beautiful, intentional life.
I am grateful for my family, my friends, and the potent, magnetic energy of Harmony House Yoga.
Yoga has taught me what the breath feels like and how to get back to my center.
I love to teach mindful, slow paced, hatha classes that encourage breath awareness and moving from our stable center. I also love teaching restorative, prenatal yoga, and gentle!
Three words to describe my teaching style are mindful, present, and intentional.
As a teacher, I hope to give my students an opportunity to feel accepting of themselves and their lives; finding trust in the bigger picture and purpose of life.
Music you might hear in my class is mostly instrumental to fit the mood (relaxing or rhythmic). Also, a bit of silence is always nice!
My yoga experience includes being a student of the yogic path since 2005, earning my 200 hour teaching certification from Connie at Yoga Village in 2014, and assisting Kelly Metcalf in all her Journey Inward Yoga Teacher Training Programs (such a gift!). I also received my Prenatal Yoga certification in 2020 from Jane Austin in SF.
I am excited to be a part of the Harmony House community because it is the most amazing place and community I've ever known! I am so blessed to get to teach and support a place that I love so dearly!
