Hello my name is Jennifer Anderson.

Three words to describe me are caring, supportive, positive.

When I'm not teaching yoga I love to walk the beach with my dogs, garden, camp, be around my family and friends creating experience and memories.

My ideal morning is waking up in nature, a hot cup of coffee, morning yoga sesh and a beach walk with the dogs.

I dream of a world with peace and individual happiness.

I am grateful for every moment I am on this earth.

Yoga has taught me to trust in myself.

I love to teach EVERYBODY. I really love helping people move and let go.

Three words to describe my teaching style are accessible, balanced and supported.

As a teacher, I hope to help empower each student to let go and find peace in the moment. I help students relax with soothing music and the occasional aroma of scent.

Music you might hear in my class is mellow with occasion chill beats helping students to quiet the mind and disconnect from the business of day to day life.

My yoga experience includes 2 – 200 hour Teacher Trainings peppered with many workshops and many hours of personal practice. I’ve consistently taught a Hatha and Restorative class to corporate employees for over 6 years now. I’ve led numerous team-building yoga sessions as well as provided private classes for small businesses, bachelorette/bridal parties.

I am excited to be a part of the Harmony House community because of the true community connection felt within the space.
