Yang to Yin
Are you craving a longer class? Are you still wanting more after the class is over? Me too!
I've been wanting a practice with enough room to build heat, then enough room to really rest. This two-hour Yang to Yin experience combines 90 minutes of strong, intentional vinyasa followed by 30 minutes of restorative postures and sound healing.

Chair Yoga SERIES
Often we think of chair yoga as a mediocre substitute for mat yoga. In this class, we will approach chair yoga differently. Expect to move gently, but also challenge ourselves at the same time.
In this series, we will
focus on postural alignment
build arm, core, and leg strength
load our bones and joints safely with just enough effort to get stronger over time
increase the mobility of our joints
This class is not only a great fit for seniors, those recovering from injury, and those new-to-yoga, but it's also great for anyone looking for a creative and revitalized approach to your current yoga practice.
