Drop into our tranquil setting with glowing candles and gentle, soothing music as Kelly leads you through a series of restorative yoga postures and deep relaxation. As you linger peacefully in well-supported poses, you will receive gentle hands-on touch with the aroma of essential oils. In this relaxation bliss, you will begin to release blocked energy and move into a sense of spaciousness and interconnectedness. You will leave feeling connected and open as the mind calms and the body softens.
Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing
Take a pause and spend an evening welcoming in deep nourishment, allowing Morgan and Jamie to bring another level of relaxation & ease into your practice. Morgan will lead a soothing 60 minute restorative yoga session - a nourishing practice with gentle, supported poses. Jamie will add to your relaxation journey with the use of crystal bowls and gong.

The Power of Your Pelvic Floor
A Special Women's Health Offering with guest facilitator Dr. Lauren Gastall PT, DPT
This workshop is designed to teach women about the anatomy and function of their pelvic floor muscles in a supportive and comfortable environment. The pelvic floor makes up an integral part of the core system and helps to control bowel, bladder, and sexual function. In this session we will practice how to relax and lengthen these muscles as well as contract and strengthen them. With these techniques we can optimize function and better access pleasure, power, and peace.

Take Flight and Find Balance - Crow Pose & Headstand Workshop
Join Corlese for this workshop where we will explore the mechanics and fundamentals needed to take flight in your Crow Pose (Kakasana) and find balance and ease in your Headstands (Sirsasana). Yoga 101 - April
In this three hour workshop, we will explore some of the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga. Students will leave with a basic understanding of proper alignment and technique, and will be prepared for most beginner and all level hatha classes. Yoga is appropriate for just about anyone.
