Laney Mohle

Hello my name is Laney.

Three words to describe me are honest, compassionate & playful.

When I'm not teaching yoga I love to ride and play with my horses.

My ideal morning is waking up naturally, hanging out with my family (including my pup and kitties) & practicing yoga, even if it’s just some gentle stretching. The perfect way to start the day.

I dream of a simpler world. One where we take care of ourselves and each other. A world that reminds us to embrace the little things.

I am grateful for EVERYTHING!! Every experience, whether perceived as positive or negative, makes life what it is ... right now.

Yoga has taught me to turn more inward and celebrate the present moment, as well as to accept that life is a practice. Yoga reminds me to accept & honor the fluctuations of life.

I love to teach! This was a big surprise! I initially immersed myself in yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding of yoga. I’m very shy in a group, but there’s something very powerful about sharing the goodness of yoga with others. I’m hooked!!

Three words to describe my teaching style are playful, rhythmic, and safe.

As a teacher, I hope to inspire my students, but to continue to learn from them, as well.

Music you might hear in my class is alternative 80’s music. I’m an 80’s girl. Also instrumental soulful selections.

My yoga experience includes 20 years of practice. 9 years here at the Harmony House. I received my 200 hour teacher training through Megan Whitney in December 2018. (I practiced with her for over 8 years). I have been teaching at the Harmony House since January 2019, mostly Vinyasa.

I am excited to be a part of the Harmony House community because this place is “HOME” to me... and to so many others. The community here is like no other. So grateful!
