Harmony House Yoga 40 Day to Transformation
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, dedicating yourself to deeper practice for 40 days can radically shift your body and mind. Live your fullest life during these 40 days through yoga asana, food awareness, meditation and journaling. Learn to remove blockages your wisdom and light with the help of weekly guided group meetings. Commit yourself to a personal and positive change NOW as we dive in deep.

40 Day Transformation: How it Works
Four days of studio Yoga practice.
Attend any class, at any time of the day you like. You do not need to worry about what level of class you are attending, you just need to show up!
Two days of home practice: very important
A powerful way to learn to motivate yourself on your mat is to do a home practice! You can use the practice outlined in the book, a CD or DVD, or channel your inner teacher and trust in the fluidity of your own practice!
One day of "active rest". Make a commitment to include rest and rejuvenation in your weekly schedule. Active rest examples are receive bodywork, get a massage, take a nap, sleep in...etc
Cleansing diet
We will be using the guidelines set out in Baron Baptiste’s book, 40 Days to Personal Revolution. By using these guidelines you will learn to intuitively make healthy, wholesome food choices that are nourishing and sustaining.
Three day fruit fast
Done in the fourth week, this is an amazing way to give your digestive system a rest, lighten your body and cleanse from the inside out. You can count on your “team” for support during this extra challenge!
Daily meditation practices.
Each day there is a morning and evening meditation practice to complete. Guidelines are in the book, or you can use a meditation style that works for you (CD, etc).
Development of a personal exploration diary
We suggest you keep your own journal during this experience, it can be very empowering to look back over it at the end and see how you have transformed! There are questions at the end of each chapter of 40 Days that are designed to provoke introspection, helping you to delve into your mind, identifying old mental patterns and creating new ones. Your journal is for you only, and does not need to be shared.
Group discussion and meditation.
Each week we meet to share our thoughts and feelings that come up, learn to meditate, and most importantly meet our fellow-revolutionaries.
