DOULA SERVICES
Birth Doula Services:
A childbrith assistant, or "birth doula", provides you and your family with one-on-one, continuous care during your labor and birth. This service often provides the nurturing attention and support that traditional obstetrical care isn't always able to provide.
Meet your Doula:
Kelly Metcalf, owner of Harmony House Yoga, believes that every women and birth experience is unique. For a woman to surrender to her birth experience she must feel safe, fully supported, and respected. kelly encourages every woman to cultivate confidnence to birth her baby as she desires by staying present with herself and her baby throughout her journey into motherhood. Kelly believes that the role of a doula is to fully support choices that women and their partners make in pregnancy, labor, birth and to facilitate a positive birth experience. Kelly offers prenatal yoga classes and massage therapy to integrate a holistic approach while preparing for motherhood.

Prices:
Doula Services: $675
*includes monthly prenatal massages
